OLD DUNDALK SOCIETY

                       RESHEDULED LECTURE 

“When General Grant came to Dundalk”   

   The event will take place at the County Museum Dundalk on Thursday,19th of March, commencing promptly at 8:00 pm.

The lecture will explore the fascinating story of President Ulysses S. Grant or General Grant’s visit to Dundalk. He was the first US President to visit Ireland and to visit Dundalk as part of his world tour in 1879.

The lecture will be presented by Conor Keelan. Conor is an Economist with Oak Lodge Consulting. Conor served as a Public Representative from 2009-2024.
